As a member for over 20 years, Rachel shares what first attracted her to the Church and how it has changed her life and made a positive impact on her health. Rachel also addresses the difference in the overall health and quality of life of the members, especially the older population, from putting the basic teachings of the Church into practice.

Not only has she lost weight, but she has been set free from diabetes, high blood pressure medication and many other health issues.
